Garam masala is a mixture of spices and is a perfect blend of the ground spices that has
been originated from the Indian subcontinent. The same is also used alone or even with various other seasonings. The word garam itself refers to the "heating of body" in the Ayurvedic sense, as the spice is believed to elevate the required body temperature in the Ayurvedic medicine. The product is made up of Cumin, Coriander, Green and Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Bay leaves, Peppercorns, Fennel, Mace and dried Chilies. Garam Masala adds a tinge of originality in various kinds of curries in a side dish, that is cooked along with the combination of spices as well as herbs.
